It's been, and continues to be, an absolute pleasure to work with Charlotte. Her consummate professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and her constant desire to improve is both refreshing and inspiring. Her work and expertise is always top-shelf and she goes out of her way to learn new tools and techniques to keep up with a dynamic and challenging industry. She has a creative, inspired and genuine eye for design and layout. This skill has lead to countless successful projects in our department, and it has caught the attention of other departments as well where she's unselfishly shared her prowess.
On a personal note, she's ultra kind, supportive of every teammate, and would move mountains to help those around her whether the problem pertained to work or not. She is also the go-to person for booking a restaurant for a team meeting (she knows all the best spots in town -- and where to park!), a valued and underrated skill unto itself!
I'll continue to relish every moment that Charlotte works for me, and remind myself not to take a talent and soul like hers for granted. They are few and far between.

Charlotte is joy to work with. She's incredibly knowledgeable within her field and isn't afraid to take ownership and leadership over her craft. She's very easy to talk to and does a amazing job of communicating expectations and timelines, while providing the team with detailed status of her progress. Charlotte is a very imaginative, motivated, and organized graphic designer. She has a great attention to detail and brings updated and slick design ideas to our products. An added benefit to our team is the technical knowledge that she brings. She has created dashboards, logos, page layouts, and a department-wide style guide for images, e-Learning, and print. She is driven to accomplish her goals and finds the resources to complete photo and video shoots, as well as work with our VR system. Charlotte is definitely a great asset to our team.
