Project manager for the redesign of the website: managed a cross-disciplinary team including a designer, several software engineers, and marketing personnel to design, develop and go live with the new website. Extensive research was done throughout the project lifecycle. Usability tests were conducted throughout the project timeline and designs altered based on testing results’ data. Extensive overhaul of the eCommerce process to make it easier for customers to submit orders. Key stakeholders were kept updated and gave input throughout the project.
