My greatest design accomplishment was Sierra’s new website. I was the project manager & design leader of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, sales, and marketing staff for this project. I lead and conducted research from customer interviews and analytics, with multiple rounds of UX testing, involved key stakeholders, and orchestrated collaboration among the team. I created the visual design language for new site. This new website has proven exponential growth with a 20% increase in Request for Quote submissions since the site launched from new and existing customers, including Intel (which was a multi-million dollar sale).
